  • “Coaching is the partnership between client and coach to accelerate their leadership and performance. Ultimately, influencing their individual growth, their direct team’s growth, and their organizations growth.

Here at Victory Strategies, our certified coaches customize our coaching alignments to the client’s specific needs. Our certified coaches are elite leaders with proven track records of excellence. One of the many market differentiators is our ability to customize each growth roadmap based on our client’s needs. Our clients begin their coaching alignment with the ability to select their coach rather than being assigned one.

Almost always, internal company coaches don’t have the ability to develop authentic and vulnerable relationships with those they are coaching because they may be competing for the same position, working together on projects, or an existing reporting structure may be present where nothing is truly confidential. Our team at Victory Strategies prides ourselves on none of our coaching alignments being generic, and not having a “one size fits all” here.

We coach Fortune 500 executives and emerging leaders identified as high potentials. We have three primary options: individual leadership coaching for executives, individual leadership coaching for emerging leaders, and group leadership coaching.

Our initial coaching alignment usually lasts 6-12 months. Consists of self-awareness assessments, optional 360-degree feedback tools, regularly occurring coaching sessions, an on-site workplace assessment, and proprietary return on investment tools to quantitatively show the impact.

We often get asked, “who should receive coaching?” And our first answer is, “anyone who has a desire to improve and has a commitment to continuous development and growth. Our clients and partners know that our team of coaches provide them with a competitive advantage over their competition.”

A few of the many benefits our coaching provides is:

    • Increased self-awareness and leadership presence.

    • Increased time-management and efficiency

    • Improved communication and leadership abilities.

    • Improved management abilities and leading change.

    • Strategic thinking and resources to improve team execution.

    • Empowerment, delegation, and effective decision-making.

Don’t chance hiring a coach with an unknown track record. Invest your precious training and development dollars for maximum impact.

If you are unsure, we encourage you to do your homework and when you do ask other coaching firms these questions:

    1. How are coaches assigned?

    2. What does your coaching roadmap look like?

    3. What leader experience does my coach have as a practitioner?

    4. Are there other leadership development service offerings to build on coaching?

    5. How do you measure success from your coaching?

We are confident that when you have all of the facts, you will choose the best.

We look forward to partnering with you.”
