Chris Brown is a highly respected Olympic rugby coach who has achieved remarkable international results. Originally from New Zealand, he spent his early coaching years helping numerous African teams find a way to win on the world stage. In 2014, he moved to the United States, where he has twice served as an Olympic coach for Team USA. One of Chris's most significant coaching achievements was leading the US Women's Rugby Team from fifth to first in the world during his first 12 months in charge, earning him World Rugby's "Coach of the Series" award.
Chris is a skilled leader who excels in helping turn around underperforming teams with limited resources. He is an expert in champion mindset and team culture development, and his openness, curiosity, and international experiences allow him to consistently bridge cultural divides and bring diverse groups of people together.
Chris resides with his wife, Thelma, and their four children in San Diego.
